Shipping

Our orders are shipped within 1–3 business days and usually reach you within Germany within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.

We now ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and shown at checkout. Here is an overview of our current shipping rates:

Germany: €4.99 flat rate (free for orders over €100)
European Union (incl. Austria, Ireland, and other EU member states): €15.90
Switzerland: €19.99
United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, and other destinations not listed separately: €19.99–€29.99 depending on destination
Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other North & South American countries) and Australia/New Zealand/Oceania: €34.99
Asia, Middle East, and Africa: €27.99

The exact shipping cost for your country is always displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

International Shipping

Delivery time for international shipments is usually 3–10 business days within Europe, and 7–20 business days for destinations outside Europe. Depending on the destination country and customs clearance, longer delivery times may occur in individual cases.

Important note for deliveries outside the European Union (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the United Kingdom, the Americas, Australia/Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, or Africa):

Import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and other country-specific import costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These fees may be levied by the responsible authorities or the shipping service provider and must be borne by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for informing themselves about the import regulations and any applicable fees in the respective destination country before placing an order.

If the buyer refuses to accept a shipment or pay the applicable import duties and the shipment is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all resulting costs (including shipping, return, customs, processing, and other fees) from any eligible refund.

Returns

Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery of the order.

The return must be handed over to the shipping service provider within this period at the latest. After the return period has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Please notify us of your return in advance by email to info@lennysvintage.de, stating your order number.

Returns from outside the European Union

Returns from countries outside the European Union are generally excluded due to customs clearance, import costs, and organizational effort.

Conditions for a return

The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Worn, damaged, or altered items may be excluded from return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within a few business days using the original payment method. 

 

Discount promotions & partial returns

For discount promotions tied to a minimum order quantity (e.g., 3 items = 20% discount), the discount only remains valid if the conditions continue to be met after a return. If the minimum order quantity is not met due to a partial return, the retained items will be recalculated at the regular selling price. The refund amount will be the difference between the amount originally paid and the newly calculated total amount of the retained items.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and the processing time of your payment service provider.

Return shipping costs

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Already paid shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

We strongly recommend sending returns with tracking and, if applicable, transport insurance. We cannot be held liable for returns that do not reach us.
