Shipping & Returns

Shipment

Our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. The shipping fee is always €4.99.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 80 euros.

International Shipping:

3 to 10 working days

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, or if the return is shipped after the 14-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is received and ends on the 14th day at the same time. Before returning the item, please notify us by email with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
If a return shipment does not arrive, we are not liable for compensation.
