Shipping
Our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 2-5 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. The shipping costs are always a flat rate of 4.99€.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 100 Euros.
International shipping:
3 to 10 business days
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, or if the return is sent after 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. The 14 days are counted from the time the order arrived and end on the 14th day at the same time. Before returning the item, we ask for notification in the form of an email with your order number.
Returns from countries outside the European Union are excluded due to customs processing, import costs and organizational effort.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will then automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is credited.
There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Should a return not arrive, we are not liable for compensation.
